Candidate should be capable of the following traits:

  • Maintain CV Bank in the systematic way for all incoming CV’s for every departments or positions.
  • Short listing the suitable candidates according to the job specification provided by head of department.
  • Interview the shortlisted candidates & arrange final interview with Management in case of Managerial position.
  • Issue employee job offer letter for final selected candidate. Arrange orientation program for newly joined candidates.
  • Prepare new employee personal file by making sure that all the recruitment forms & employees testimonials are attached with it & acquired approval from Management for process salaries.
  • On monthly basis verifies report for the end of probation period & circulate this report to respective departmental heads for their recommendations.
  • Review employee confirmation details & acquiring approval from Management.
  • Review cases for Re-Designation, Promotion, Transfer and Special Increment cases recommended by HOD’s on prescribed format & after verification get approval from Management.
  • Verify & sign personnel letters as per approval from Management.
  • Check the post employee resignation in system as per details provided by concern departments & verifies “Monthly resigned list”.
  • Verifies the supporting documents of final settlement documents. Make sure that all the documents are properly attached as per requirements.
  • Prepare & verifies the final settlement acceptance & acknowledgment letter & experience certificate issue to ex-employees.
  • Prepare & review list of employees for “Increment History” for annual increment working & forward the increment details to concerned HOD along with “Appraisal Form”.
  • Any other assignment from Management
