1. Managing the total collections of company from branches, local and foreign Customers.
2. Aging of trade receivables.
3. Regular follow up of trade receivables.
4. Maintaining details of tax withheld by customers.
5. Making payments relating to new projects.
6. Monthly reconciliation of branches’ records with accounts in head office.
7. Preparation of stock position with branches on monthly intervals.
8. Projection of monthly cash flow and reporting of actual status of bank balances to Chief Executive on daily basis.
9. Second Level verification of all vouchers generated by Accounts Department.
10. Supervising all jobs done by the subordinates.
11. Any other job assigned by the seniors.
