- Being a team leader is accountable to identify and execute process improvements related to inventory levels, capacity planning and utilization and inventory accuracy.
- Understands, follows, and enforces all established safety, health, quality GMP and Company policies, procedures, and recognized practices.
- Manage and improve the inventory management processes for Raw & Packaging Material.
- Improve production paperwork processes in order to streamline production information and reduce inventory errors.
- Identify cost improvement opportunities and implement them through raw material suppliers, manufacturing, and warehousing.
- Record data for supply requisitions.
- Posting/Scanning information into SAP system.
- Must have strong understanding of applicable Quality System Regulations and ISO quality requirements.
- Ability to plan and/or oversee quality system/processes, documents, and vendor audits/assessments.
- Solid oral and written communication skills with ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
