Summary: Responsible for managing the receivable operations of the company.
EDUCATION : MBA/BBA/M.com/B.com
EXPERIENCE : Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in the field of Finance and Accounting
- Prepare cash budget, monthly fund requirements of all departments and manage company’s working capital including preparation of daily cash flow update.
- Liaison with banks for all operational matters.
- Supervise all accounting receivables transactions in SAP, analyze receivables and age analysis along with performing reconciliations.
- Branches accounting management and reconciliations.
- Perform supporting role to Finance in external audit and FBR notices.
- Preparation of periodic management reports.
- Contribute to the timely preparation of annual budgets and variance reporting.
- Working on advance tax deducted by parties.
- Maintenance of mess fund bank account, payments and recording bills.
- Monitoring compliance and ensuring that rules and regulations are strictly adhered to.
- Supervise maintenance of accounting records documentation.
