As a Store Incharge, you will be responsible to manage the restaurant’s inventory. Main responsibilities are:
- Receive, unload, shelve and issue materials/supplies.
- Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals from the store room.
- Preparation of purchase requirements of store keeping in view product sales to ensure availability when required.
- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation including purchase requirements to confirm proper stock levels and control inventory.
- To make sure that the store is kept clean and organized.
- To liaison with vendors in coordination with Manager for best buying options
