The role will encompass a broad spectrum of responsibilities, such as answering our customers technical inquiries with confidence and precision, expert product sales suggestions based on our customers needs through to development and research to further enhance our ever increasing product range.

  Your duties will include but are not limited to:

·         Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

·         Ascertain customers’ needs and wants

·         Recommend and showcase items that match customer needs

·         Welcome and greet customers

·         Manage point-of-sale processes

·         Keep up to date with product information

·         Accurately describe product features and benefits

·         Assist in stock management and control when required

  •       Follow all companies policies and procedures

To be successful in this role, you will require the following attributes:

  • Self-motivated, focused and a dependable team member
  • Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills
  • Extensive computer abilities including Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal proficiency and manner

B.Com Applicants preffered.
