The consultant will act as a trusted advisor by presenting accurate information, helping prepare documentation, and monitoring application progress. Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and guidance to students on various international student visa options and requirements.
- Assess each students eligibility and recommend appropriate visa types based on their academic goals and background.
- Assist students in preparing and reviewing their visa application documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Stay updated on the latest immigration laws, visa application procedures, and educational institution requirements across countries.
- Communicate clearly with students to explain procedural steps, timelines, and potential challenges in the visa process.
- Coordinate with immigration authorities, educational institutions, and other relevant entities to facilitate smooth visa processing.
- Maintain confidential records of student interactions, application statuses, and follow-up activities in compliance with data protection standards.
- Respond promptly to student inquiries to provide timely support and resolve any issues related to visa applications.
- Conduct pre-visa counseling sessions to manage student expectations and prepare them for interviews or additional documentation requests.
- Collaborate with the wider consultancy team to share insights, improve service delivery, and enhance overall client satisfaction.
