- Incoming & Outgoing Vouchers Verification
- A/P Invoice Verification & Quarterly verification of Accounts Statement obtained from Principles with record maintained by GTS.
- GL Maintenance & Bank Reconciliation
- Landed cost verification
- Quotation Costing Audit
- To verify different taxes.
- Prepare Work Flow or System Void Report / KPI
- Check and verify status of new customer/company.
- To have updated list of product pricing from all Principals
- Review of customer's payment terms with SAP.
- Conduct Monthly Audit Petty Cash Expense.
