01 Reviewing and Updating Supply Chain Practices in line with Company Policies, Standards, Laws & regulations.
02 Ensure negotiating terms and prices with Suppliers & Freight Companies.
03 Monitoring and Assessment of Suppliers & Freight Companies performance and maintaining of Cost effective Practices
04 Directly manage some imports of our principles.
05 Ensure & Verify the Import documentations & other requirements.
06 Ensure & Verify Complete Inventory of our organization.
07 Ensure & monitor working of her subordinate Quotation working & finalize it.
08 Supervise, plan and coordinate with staff for day to day activities with regards to Commercial & Supply Chain.
09 To monitor To-do working of staff.
10 Meet staff, obtain status, and follow-up on pending / Current issues..
11 To verify GRNs & Store requisitions.
12 To verify Master sheet of all sheets (i.e INVT & Import/Commercial).
13 Check and verify complete Receipt cases.
14 Ensure grooming of departmental staff on their respective positions.
WEEKLY RESPONSIBILITIES
01 Ensure & monitor complete process of Import
02 Conduct weekly training of staff.
03 Carry out random Internal Audit (Fourth Nightly).
04 Adopt & implement weekly Supply Chain performance assessments Criteria.
MONTHLY RESPONSIBILITIES
01 Ensure proper closing of Inventory with the help of internal audit on monthly basis.
02 Ensure proper opening of Inventory on monthly basis.
03 Ensure monthly staff & department performance evaluation on the basis of KPIs
04 Product forecast and ensure availability of material in the stores as per clients demand.
05 Set product minimum level limit to avoid any shortage.
ONGOING RESPONSIBILITIES
01 Conduct studies, reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
02 Lead and provide guidance to staff to take action for improvements in the area of Supply Chain.
03 Develop & Implement subordinates' & department's KPIs.
04 Collaborate with regulators and external/principal’s auditors.
05 Ensure strict adherence to regulations, procedures and practices.
06 Work cooperatively with the team to achieve company's set goals & objectives.
Any other specific responsibility in the context of smooth running and implementation of the GTS’s objectives and goal which may be assigned time to time by the Director.
