- Responsible to get Purchase order (PO) verified once it is received from customer.
- To do informational/confirmation/acknowledgment email to companies about product and invoice dispatched.
- Determine availability of the order from the inventory system and process PO accordingly.
- To do informational/confirmation/acknowledgment email to companies about product and invoice dispatched.
- Take follow-ups accordingly and respond/reply to company’s queries related to delivery and invoice.
- To give sale report and give status of payment workings.
- To ensure that order is dispatched to company’s address and delivery challan/Gate pass record is maintained.
- Generate Invoice against the purchase order and maintain mandatory paper work.
- Maintain Task sheet including Payment received against invoice.
- Attend Weekly meeting & Submit Order Processing meeting report.
- Any other task or work given by Seniors
