JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Various IT system designing and implementations, testing, installations and monitoring different systems.
· Provide technical support to junior technical staff, senior faculty members. Supervision of IT network.
· Handling troubleshooting and providing IT technical, remote, desktop and network support
· Network Installation, configuration, administration and implementation.
· Maintenance of servers, nodes, peripheral equipments, identifying problems and providing appropriate solutions. Installed operating systems along with software applications and conducted technical training demonstrations.
· Providing comprehensive software, hardware and network support.
