JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Various IT system designing and implementations, testing, installations and monitoring different systems.
- Provide technical support to junior technical staff, senior faculty members. Supervision of IT network.
- Handling troubleshooting and providing IT technical, remote, desktop and network support
- Network Installation, configuration, administration and implementation.
- Maintenance of servers, nodes, peripheral equipments, identifying problems and providing appropriate solutions. Installation of operating systems along with software applications.
- Providing comprehensive software, hardware and network support.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
