JOB DESCRIPTION:

Wanted an energetic, motivated administration professional to join our Business Systems & Administration team. You will be an effective member of a team which provides administrative support, word processing and clerical services to Partners and support in house business in respect to functions of development, building and compliance.

What you need:

  • Advanced skills using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Demonstrated experience in providing excellence in Partners Queries.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a high volume work area.
  • Ability to identify Partners needs and convey factual information.
  • Commitment to completing tasks within agreed timeframes to produce a quality outcome.
  • Support that demonstrates Partners commitment to respect, integrity, teamwork, excellence.

Ability to work unsupervised and possess excellent time management skill

  • Ensure the highest levels of quality
  • Knowledge Transfer
  • Customer Management
  • Responding to breakdowns effectively 
  • Investigating, diagnosing and solving Partners issues.
  • Make effective use of all resources
  • Managing supplier’s issues
