This position will include responsibilities mainly related to workforce planning, recruitment and employment. Responsibilities will include;Assist in conducting a thorough work force planning, forecasting and budgeting in close coordination with all stakeholders.Assist in managing the monthly headcount forecasting process with consideration of known business events and strategies.Prepare job descriptions and job advertisement, shortlisting of candidates and interview scheduling.Completing pre/post hiring documentation, new employee orientation, accounts creation, making offer letters and appointment Letters.Liaise with academia & strengthen academia linkages.Update and maintain social media platforms of the company used for recruitment.Provide advice, counsel and resolution to employees on a broad range of employee issues including general HR issues, policy interpretation, work conditions, benefits, employee development, performance management etc.Work with a continuous improvement mind set to identify opportunities to improve and simplify processes and programs to deliver enhanced outcomes, reductions in re-work and alignment to resourcing capacity.
