Salary: Between 50K – 65K PKR base (DOE) – Plus commission of 20K PKR for each successful hire – Realistic earnings can easily exceed 1 Lac PKR a month (no cap or threshold)
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday - 1pm to 9pm (Pakistan Time) – in line with UK working hours

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source candidates using a variety of sources (including social media and community advertising) that produce high-quality candidates.
- Proactively Source Candidates Internationally using LinkedIn and CV-Library (UK-based job board).
- Meeting and exceeding monthly targets.
- Analyze and utilize recruitment data to make informed decisions regarding recruitment strategy.
- Support the recruitment journey, working closely with the Directors in the UK, Scheduling teams, and company operations.
- Carry out recruitment administration duties; Reference, right to work & DBS checks and
ensure compliance of candidate details are maintained.
· Maintain and update Candidate database and records.
· Manage the end-to-end candidate experience creating a positive and engaging proposition.
· Maintain the accuracy of candidate information using our Applicant Tracking System.
· Carry out any other duties deemed necessary for the successful operations of the business.
Requirements for the Role:
- Around 2 years’ experience in Recruitment either from an agency or internal setting - any sector. This is 180 sourcing positions, and no business development is required.
- Preferably a candidate that has worked in the western market (UK/USA/Canada).
- Must have excellent command of English – both written and verbal.
- Potentially, someone who has leadership qualities with a desire to become a Team Lead in the near future – this is desirable and not a must.
- Based locally in Islamabad/Rawalpindi
- Must be willing to work form an office location – this is not a WFH or hybrid role
- Experience of working in a target-based environment
- Confident outgoing personality who does not shy away from networking and making connections
- Must have excellent telephone manners and be confident in calling candidates internationally.
