After a successful entry in Home Services and Auto verticals, Glowfish is now planning to enter the Healthcare vertical, starting from Pakistan. About OlaDoc

Although the grand vision is a 360-degree health services play, our initial offering shall consist of the following:

Clinic/Practice Management (B2B) - OlaDoc aims to build a network of medical practitioners, while enabling them with digital tools to efficiently manage their practice and enhance quality of patient care through appointment scheduler, patient profile management and digital consultation records.

Doctor listing and Appointment Booking (B2C) - OlaDoc will also provide consumers the ability to easily access profiles of Medical Practitioners and book appointments from the convenience of their computers and mobile phones.

Additional value propositions will be added by OlaDoc for both the Consumers and Medical Practitioners over time.

About the role and key responsibilities: Customer Representative Officer

As a “Customer Representative Officer” for OlaDoc, you are expected to support our new venture with an impressive effort to build the brand and support our aggressive sales & marketing strategy through our newly established call center.

  • Our call center operations run for 15 hours per day with two 9 hour shifts (morning and evening)
  • You be given the responsibility to manage both, inbound and outbound calls, conduct basic troubleshooting, resolve queries and make sales pitch to our valued customers
  • We expect you to work diligently, be entrepreneurial and adapt to our fast-evolving business model

Applicant requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer services, especially with experience in Telesales or working in a large established call center
  • Comfortable with technology, proficient with Microsoft Office and well-versed with using / learning to use a Customer Relationship Management solution
  • No minimum educational experience is required however, fluency in English is preferred
