After a successful entry in Home Services and Auto verticals, Glowfish is now planning to enter the Healthcare vertical, starting from Pakistan. Although the grand vision is a 360-degree health services play, our initial offering shall consist of the following:
Clinic/Practice Management (B2B) - OlaDoc aims to build a network of medical practitioners, while enabling them with digital tools to efficiently manage their practice and enhance quality of patient care through appointment scheduler, patient profile management and digital consultation records.
Doctor listing and Appointment Booking (B2C) - OlaDoc will also provide consumers the ability to easily access profiles of Medical Practitioners and book appointments from the convenience of their computers and mobile phones.
Additional value propositions will be added by OlaDoc for both the Consumers and Medical Practitioners over time.
About the role and key responsibilities: Sales & Business Development Associate - Field for OlaDoc
As "Sales & Business Development Associate - Field" for OlaDoc, you are expected to support our new venture with an impressive effort to build the brand; by not just signing on a diverse and large network of medical practitioners but by also creating and maintaining a strong relationship with our customers. You will be heavily supported by Glowfish resources across the Marketing function with the required training and an innovative tool kit; we expect you bring out the best of our efforts to our potential customers.
Specifically, for the first 12 months, you are expected to:
Target Medical Practitioners across Lahore initially and build a strong network of users
Maintain a strong relationship with our customers and doctors; understand their needs and incorporate their feedback
Assist the broader customer support team for B2B product and B2C product
Contribute in developing and improving our sales & marketing strategy
Holds a bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited university; Diploma holders with a strong sales & marketing experience are also encouraged to apply
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing
Prior experience working in the healthcare, insurance or pharmaceutical industry is a plus; however applicants with sales experience in other sectors e.g. FMCG or banking are also encouraged to apply
Strong communication and organization skills; ability to work in team and balance attention to detail with swift execution
Applicants with work experience in Lahore, Islamabad and Karachi are preferred
