We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Digital Marketing Executive to manage our social media accounts as well as help us build up our business activities. You will be responsible for creating unique content, managing post, discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining client satisfaction.
Duties:
- Manage all company social media accounts
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through networking and social media
- Produce content for social media channels
- Keep up to date with any social media trends
- Ensure you produce a consistent brand message across all the social media channels
- Regularly monitor competitor social media sites and create competitor analysis reports
- Contribute to the company blog on a weekly basis
- Engage with social media users and respond to them
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate new trends/customer need
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listen to their concerns
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team to achieve better results
- E-mail Marketing
- Create SEO content
Skills and Qualifications:
- BA degree in CS, IT, SE or relevant
- Experience in building social media communities and general sales and marketing experience
- Extensive Knowledge of Social Media Platforms
- Passion for all things digital
- Previous experience in blogging
- Content Creation, Proofreading, and Editing Skills
- Public Relations and Brand Marketing Experience
- Interpersonal Skills
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skill
