- Properly handle and stack finished goods according to company standards.
- Liaise with the production team to cater to inbound stock and ensure deliveries to the concerned warehouse /floor.
- Update inventory records and take approvals from all concerned as per defined process.
- Organize warehouse staff as per daily dispatch plan.
- Get dispatch vehicles loaded in the minimum possible time.
- Prepare gate outward passes, complete its approval process and make sure dispatch vehicles leave premises with delivery as per scheduled time.
- Timely processing of returned goods back into stock.
- Timely complete dispatch-related documents and forward them to operation department after completing the defined process at the warehouse.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
