Salary: 250000 PKR with commission (Quarterly)

As a Sales Manager for Go Big Trade (Pvt) Ltd. You will be part of a fast paced team and fast growing Business who work within the Agriculture Trading sector.

You will lead a team of Sales Managers, Sales Executive and a bid team. We are looking for a high performing Sales Manager to help us meet our growth targets, you will be responsible for maximizing sales team potential and working closely with the Managing Director to achieve results.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and hit sales target of 50m by successfully managing the sales team and delivering to Quarterly targets
  • Implement our strategic growth plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • Managing team performance metrics, objectives setting, coaching and KPI monitoring of sales team
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new services
  • Competitor analysis
  • Continuous learning and knowledge of changing industry trends, intelligence and evidencing this through day to day tasks
  • Presenting and closing at meetings

Accountabilities

  • Build and maintain team relationships and morale.
  • To actively support and give guidance to the sales team to provide a high quality of service and support to our customers
  • Manage the day to day running of the team including the management and monitoring of workloads, queues, follow ups and allocation of leads.
  • Plan and organise time and tasks effectively to ensure that customer enquiries are actioned promptly and customers are called back on time to meet their expectations and maximise performance results.
  • To monitor sales CRM, manage performance and calls to ensure customers are handled in a professional manner and high quality of customer service and support is delivered from order to delivery
  • To create an exciting and dynamic sales culture

  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close·
  • Strong business sense and entrepreneurial approach
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
