Job Duties
- Create CAD drawings from written input, sketches and/or verbal directions from the supervisor.
- Analyze solid models using structure integrity analysis, FEA and other techniques.
- Capable of understanding scope of work from project documents and developing preliminary CAD drawings with engineering oversight.
- Name, plot, organize, translate & electronically transfer CAD drawings.
- Read and understand engineering drawings.
- Determine appropriate drawing views, layouts, sections & details.
- Capable of validating design under moderate engineering supervision through design calculations using engineering tools and documentation of existing field conditions.
- Fusion 360 or other cad / cam software skill are required
- Roller and belt convoyer system design experience is required
