- To plan, control and manage all the activities from Cut to Pack in home textile division.
- To prepare plan for cut to pack to deliver job on target date.
- To coordinate with the Purchase and marketing department.
- To ensure production according to the customer specifications with quality.
- To evaluate & minimize wastage %age.
- To conduct training of subordinates.
- To coordinate with HR& Compliance department for factory evaluations.
- To ensure floor management & safe working environment.
