Senior Capital Executive

Gold Times Accessories is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Capital Executive with a strong background in capital raising, portfolio management, and risk management framework. The ideal candidate has at least two years of relevant experience and demonstrates exceptional financial acumen and organizational skills. This position involves critical responsibility for managing daily financial operations, including bank reconciliations, payment processing, and maintaining effective communication with banking institutions. The Senior Capital Executive works independently without team management duties but plays a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions and reporting across departments. The Senior Capital Executive is responsible for overseeing deposit confirmations, processing employee reimbursements, managing foreign currency payments, and coordinating import-related financial documentation. This role requires proficiency in using financial software and online banking portals to execute transactions securely and efficiently. The candidate must effectively liaise with banks and manage funds to meet payment deadlines while maintaining a thorough record of banking activities. This dynamic role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to handle multiple financial reporting tasks for the Head Office and branch operations, ensuring transparency and adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities

• Confirm key accounts and branch deposits daily through designated communication channels ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Prepare and report the bank reconciliation statement on a daily basis, maintaining accurate financial records and promptly addressing discrepancies.
• Review, approve, and record bank payment entries to vendors with meticulous attention to proper tax calculations according to regulations.
• Process and document import payments related to both local and China banks, ensuring compliance with international banking procedures.
• Maintain organized filing of import documents received from the Import function, enabling quick retrieval and audit readiness.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the company and banking institutions to resolve bank-related issues efficiently and professionally.
• Disburse employee reimbursement cash payments daily, ensuring accuracy and proper authorization prior to release.
• Execute bank payments to vendors, factory operations, customer service departments, and government authorities via online banking portals.
• Manage foreign currency payments to Chinese employees through the online banking system, ensuring correct amount and documentation.
• Administer the monthly salary transfer process using online banking portals and accurately record these transactions in the financial software.
• Manage company funds prudently to ensure timely payments related to factory operations and import activities, mitigating any risk of delay.
• Conduct deposit confirmations twice monthly for interest calculation purposes on receivable balances and communicate relevant dates to appropriate functions.
• Submit detailed payment requisition applications on the companys approval platform with comprehensive supporting documents to ensure proper authorization.
• Provide daily reporting of branch deposit confirmations to the accounts receivable and accounts payable functions ensuring transparent financial tracking.
• Compile and deliver monthly summaries on bank and cash payments at the Head Office, including receipts from branches, key accounts, duty, and import payments, and present these reports to the Chief Financial Officer.
