- Monitor quality aspects of production and rework management in order to achieve the ultimate company standards of quality products, at optimum cost.
- Monitor supplier wise quality trends of RM/PM and highlight these trends to the higher management.
- Highlight the quality problem areas at various processing stages for their rectification.
- Help and organize quality assurance programs according to laid down company procedures.
- Lead microbiological testing and monitoring of RM, bulk and FG. Organize micro lab and maintain its functionality in all areas. Train at least two resources on end-to-end micro testing activities at the lab.
