Roles and Responsibilities Handling new and existing client Taking appointment and conducting meeting with clients for creative, exhibition and events briefs Coordinating with creative team and giving clients brief to them.
- Maintaining daily report and sharing with reporting manager.
- Managing task lists and deliverable deadlines.
- Getting tasks executed within the scope. Handling day to day client communications and meetings. Calmly handle customer complaints and work to find solutions.
- Seek assistance and report major problems to upper management.
