- Prepare Custom Documents
- Generate File
- Lab Test
- Undertaking
- BG Working
- Gate Pass
- Download GD's
- PSW (Financial Instruments)
- Verify GD & B.G working with ledger, Invoice & PSW custom data.
- Prepare Customer Documents (Invoice + Packing List + BL + Certificate of Origin) and send to customer.
- Update Records,
- Export Ledger (Manual + Soft Files)
- Customer Ledger (Payments Receivable - Payments Received)
- Update M - Files (Upload each scanned document of export on M Files)
- Make summary of Sales every month (Local + 3rd Floor + Total).
- Receive & process payments in bank and reconcile ledgers with Accounts dept.
- Rebate receive and maintain record in soft excel file.
- Check & Balance of customer's overdue Payments.
- Apply Insurances for Export Shipments.
- Prepare DLTL cases.
- Order Processing of Customer Purchase orders & Entre into software
- Make Sales Tax Documents (Sales Invoices)
- Make Sales Tax Documents (Purchase Invoices)
- Prepare documents for Bank (Export)
- Prepare EE - Statement after receiving PRC.
- Maintain Old data record (Hard Form).
- Receive Documents (AWB / BL, Fumigation Certificates etc.).
- Create Invoice in software.
- Arrange PRC's from bank.
