The Human Resource Manager is responsible for leading and directing the HR function for the organization. This includes developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures, as well as managing the recruitment, selection, and retention of employees.

The HR Manager will also be responsible for overseeing employee relations, performance management, and training and development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the overall business objectives
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including advertising job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
  • Oversee employee relations and performance management programs
  • Develop and deliver training and development programs for employees
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to HR
  • Manage the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs
  • Serve as a liaison between management and employees, and act as a mediator in conflicts or disputes
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements to HR policies and programs
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors on all HR-related matters

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an HR management role
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR programs and policies
  • Experience in managing recruitment and employee relations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
