Job Description


  1. Should have minimum 5 years of experience working in Human resource department
  2. Human resources planning and development
  3. Compensation and Growth Management
  4. Human Resources budgeting
  5. Effective polices and processes creation that can drive business to the next level.  
  6. Possess effective managerial and leadership skills.
  7. Employer branding and Recruitment management
  8. Be able to negotiate, manage budgets, targets and finances.
  9. Be computer savvy, adept, self-motivated, persistent and diligent.
  10. Be trustworthy, intuitive, organized and methodical.
  11. Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.
  12. Possess exceptional interpersonal skills and should be approachable and quality oriented.



  • Provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive our hiring to meet Golpik business objectives
  • Design customized and executable staffing plans
  • Review, develop and implement policies and guidelines
  • Develop job descriptions and employee specifications while reviewing application forms and other HR documents
  • Approve prospective short lists and new hires and perform job assessment and reviews
  • Compile & analyze data and metrics to support business decisions and plans as necessary
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, training and career development consultancy to new and prospective hires.
