As our project manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results.
You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline.
Planning
- Achieving a certain goal by creating a roadmap beforehand
- Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
- Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Organizing
- Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver projects on budget.
- Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, work streams & activities.
- Managing the delivery of the project according to this plan.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
.Monitoring
- Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Management
- Managing for any changes in project scope, schedule and/or budget.
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Conduct meetings regularly with management and leads about the deadlines of the projects
