Golpik Inc. is urgently looking for UI/UX Designer for its Karachi-based office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create Standards (SOPs) that surpass industries, and best practices.
- Create unified UI/UX designing and coding practices
- Create and manage a resources page that contains useful information for team members.
- Make all the information accessible on a web page so that every new employee first has to go with our Sops and best practices.
- Constantly work on team creation and development.
- Identify team players' current standing against the set goals.
- Create an inspiring team environment
- Create a healthy and motivating work environment.
- Actively participate in the hiring process to bring in a talented resource to the team.
- Discover training needs and provide coaching.
- Set clear team goals and KPIs.
- Help the organization create a vibrant team that can achieve the set goals.
- Performance Evaluation and Reporting Structure.
- Weekly and monthly Reporting.
- Coaching and mentoring monthly
- Oversee day-to-day teams, operations, and performance.
Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of UI/UX Designing exp in a software house.
- Bachelors Degree
- A strong portfolio of Graphics and Image Manipulations.
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Adobe Xd, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe After Effects/Premiere will be the Plus Point).
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Excellent communication skills.
