- Manage front desk, Phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Managing and track courier deliveries, and the incoming and outgoing post (Domestic courier,Logistics, Land shipping etc.)
- Issue stock to repair department and manage records accordingly.
- Manage Petty cash, Monthly budgeting, and Maintenance of Invoices of Karachi office.
- Prepare monthly attendance and manage attendance sheets and leave records of Karachi office.
- Upgrade firmware in clients units when required.
- Prepare monthly reports of repair units and repair department progress and performance
- Update Repair Stock Sheet daily.
- Updating to Supply chain officer of new units sale (From Karachi office) by emailing and providing delivery challan.
- Reporting to Finance team of monthly expenses and deposits/transfer of cheques and payments.
- Update and Maintain Karachi Office Cash Log Report & Fuel Expense Report And Inventory record reporting to Lahore Office on weekly basis.
