Under the administrative control of HR/Admin Manager, she will perform the following duties.
- Dial & receive calls.
- Photocopying & scanning of official documents.
- Print claques for Finance Dept.
- To make letters regarding banks and other drafts as required.
- Maintain attendance & Leave record of all employees (Lahore & Karachi Staff).
- Make Appointment letters for new hiring.
- Maintain every employee’s separate file.
- Arrange interviews when required for any post
- Any other tasks assigned by management.
