ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT is required in Lahore based office.
The Incumbents must be skilled to perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping and financial tasks.
You will also run accounting software programs (ERP) to process business transactions; accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers and receipts.
Responsibilities:
- Provide accounting support to the accounting department
- Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
- Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
- Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
- Provide assistance and support to company personnel
- Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies Inform management and compile all financial reports (Balance sheet, P/L and cash flow statements).
- Budgeting and Actual vs Budget variance.Cash forecasting.
- Chasing Recovery and preparing recovery report on every 15 days and present to the director
- Traveling and staying 2 to 3 days out of city per week.
- Any other duty assigned by Director.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or higher in Commerce
- Accounting is preferred or relevant certification required
- Proven accounting experience
- Familiarity with book-keeping and basic accounting procedures
- Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software (ERP).

- Personal Accounts and coordination with other accountants.
- Household Administration.
- Banking and cash handling.
- Weekly project visits.
- Executive Assistant to CEO.
- Make and manage meetings schedule.
- Any other tasks assigned by CEO.
