Gourmet Foods is looking for dynamic individuals for the post of BA(Business Analyst).An ideal candidate must have the Accountancy Intermediate degree in any discipline (CA/ACCA/ACMA) with articles,
The Business Analyst will work closely with the Management to analyze requirements and produce the appropriate system level specifications for the developer, concerned departments and test teams.
Only those who currently hold the designation of Business Financial Analyst or Business System Analyst also having +2 years of experience in the domain of business analysis should apply.
Ideal candidate must have the following:
- Strong structured systems analysis, modeling and design skills
- Gathering, documenting and liaising with business users and IT on functional and non-functional requirements
- Preparation of interface and reports specifications
- Produce clear, accurate and comprehensive systems specifications
- Analysis of Data requirements (fields, default values, field types, etc.)
- Ability to produce appropriate project documentation
- Ability to use initiative in solving business and technical problems
- Process documentation and analysis (as-is and to-be)
- Knowledge of Application Development Methodology
- Understanding of system requirements for business processes (data, presentation)
- Advance knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc),UML, Microsoft Technologies
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non- technical personnel at all levels, internally and externally
- Any knowledge and experience of FMCG (Food Manufacturing Industry) be beneficial but not mandatory
Specific Tasks
- Analysis of Data requirements (fields, default values, field types, etc.)
- Process documentation and analysis (as-is and to-be)
- Strong understanding of financials/ accounting background with respect to MIS
- experience at identifying HR gaps
