An FMCG company looking to hire a Manager to oversee the operations of a sizeable retail network. Will be responsible for day-to-day operations' efficiency, process creation/stream-lining and managing employees along with HR department.
Can be expected to be on-call through phone for majority of the day. Will be expected to work some weekends as well. Needs to be team developer and leader with excellent interpersonal skills, thorough communication skills and a command upon his/her line of work as well as their subordinates.
O-Level/A-Level education track preferred but not necessary.
Must be computer literate and have proper grasp of common Office suites such as Microsoft Office Suite.
Must have 8+ years of experience.
