Gourmet Foods is looking for Senior QA executives/QC Executive for its call center based in Lahore Head office. Proficiency in Excel is must. Must have at least 1-3 years of experience in a BPO/Call Center (inbound, outbound) within QA capacity.
· Provide ongoing QA Call Evaluation reporting and notification to Head of CS.
· Maintain a thorough knowledge of Sonic process, KPI’s, policies, and technology.
· Ability to develop training material (or detailed summary documents) via PowerPoint, bulletin, or test/quiz material.
· Maintain accurate and sufficient documentation of calls via QA scorecards, including positive observations, as well as areas of needed improvement.
· Experience training large and small groups as well as 1 on 1 training experience preferred.
· Must be able to train, coach, and ensure quality of call centre communications.
· Must have excellent communication, Strong organizational skills.
· Master’s degree or Eequivalent combination of education and prior Quality Assurance and customer service experience.
· English Language speaking proficiency equivalent to that of an educated native speaker.
