The SEO Marketing Analyst position plays a key role in the team that develops campaign strategies and manages lead generation advertising campaigns for clients. Our analyst positions are immersed in every aspect of our client’s campaigns and once trained provided the opportunity to lead client campaigns with ongoing mentorship from our senior associates.

Key Functional Areas of Responsibility:

  • Management of organic channels, including Google Search, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube
  • Keep pace with digital and search marketing industry trends and developments
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for targeting opportunities, campaign structuring, customer journeys, and other facets of paid digital in accordance with client goals
  • Analyze and evaluate performance metrics of accounts across multiple ad platforms
  • Assist in developing framework, creative copy and images for website landing pages
  • Generate new campaigns and aid in the development of new digital marketing initiatives
  • Administer and analyze web analytics, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance client goals
  • Communicate to team and management on project development, timelines, and results
  • Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals

Professional Skills Desired:

  • 4+ years experience managing organic search campaigns (Facebook, Google Ads, Bing Ads, YouTube)
  • Excellent client service delivery, business development, analytical, and presentation skills
  • Strong program management and organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Excellent communication skills, both proactive and reactive
  • Agency experience a plus
