The English Teacher is integral to the success of GSR English as a Second Language Programme. The teacher must uphold high standards of excellence in educational service.
· Conduct meetings, when required, with teachers and students to review progress.
· Manage classes through lesson planning, students’ work and paper setting.
· Manage and assist smooth running of class schedules with students and teachers.
· Undertake a few hours of teaching assignments per week.
· Assist to conduct staff sessions and teachers’ development INSETT Programmes.
· Provide marketing support (content writing) when necessary
· Responsible for, curriculum development, up gradation and supervision for English Department.
· Represent GSR at local and national seminars and education related events when assigned.
· Maintain a formal work log on, daily basis.
