Job Description

  • Opens and closes reception area daily.
  • Greets office visitors professionally. Determines nature of visitors’ business and provides appropriate information, referring visitors to appropriate staff members, departments or conference rooms. E-mails office visitor information to the organization.
  • Answers calls placed to the main telephone number.
  • Prepares and e-mails the Organization’s Daily Notices and New Client/Matters.
  • Schedules conference rooms and other requirements as needed. Communicates event and special needs for before or after hours event coverage.
  • Maintains work area in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Assists attorneys, staff and clients with various tasks and gathering information as needed.
  • Processes and posts unidentified mail.
  • Maintains and updates procedure manual for reception desk.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel & Word)
