A candidate is required for the post of Personal Assistant who is capable of travelling & provide administrative assistant with everday activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Help our CEO with everyday activities & make sure they make the best use of their time by handling all the administrative tasks
  • Responsible for acting as a key contact person 
  • He must not only be able to maintain confidentiality but also always behave in a way that suggest personal discretion & integrity
  • He shoiuld be able to handle the time of boss by coordinating the needs & demands of multiple people to create a workable schedule
  • He should be familiar with multiple research engines as well as relevent information resources
  • He should maintain & manage activities, commitments & deliveries.
