1. Identifying Product, direct owners of the properties or their representatives and noting down the selling prices, giving them offers on behalf of investors and writing down the final asking price of sale out, ensuring the true seller.
2. Analyzing and investigating price, demand and competition.
3. Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking and then visit properties to assess them before showing them to clients.
4. Promote sales of properties through advertisements and generating clients including direct buyers, purchasers / representatives / brokers.
5. Keep record of all the purchasers and their maximum information and requirements.
6. Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources.
7. Communicate all available information as per the requirement to purchasers.
8. Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other just closing the deal.
9. Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases via stamp paper vendor.
10. Follow-up of all the potential clients, sellers and purchasers
11. Promoting products, services or ideas according to settled social and other campaigns and promotional activities
