•Responsible to drive assigned P&L and business aspirations through corporate clients
•Maintain good relationships with clients to capitalize maximum business opportunities
•Identify key contacts at potential client / companies to establish and foster our relationship

•Client’s complaint management and ensure timely resolution through concern stake holders

•Seek opportunities to cross-sell or upsell to existing clients
•Monitor and assess activities of our competitors to proactively satisfy and retain our clients
•Ensure controlled churn rate for all on boarded clientele
