•Responsible to drive assigned P&L and business aspirations through corporate clients

•Maintain good relationships with clients to capitalize maximum business opportunities

•Identify key contacts at potential client / companies to establish and foster our relationship

•Arrange periodic meetings with clients to showcase existing/upcoming corporate products & services

•Client’s complaint management and ensure timely resolution through concern stake holders

•Responsible for business growth by identifying new sales and business development opportunities

•Seek opportunities to cross-sell or upsell to existing clients

•Monitor and assess activities of our competitors to proactively satisfy and retain our clients

•Ensure controlled churn rate for all on boarded clientele

•Provide excellent service in order to maintain a positive reputation for the business

•Resolve any customer complaints in a prompt and professional manner

•Set revenue targets and then develop and execute a strategy to meet those

•Organize & execute corporate events to promote SimSim Business

•Conceive and recommend strategic initiates to enhance business growth
