Job Description

Grant Thornton Consulting Pvt. Ltd (GTCPL) is the Pakistan member firm of Grant Thornton International Limited providing consultancy and advisory services in Pakistan.

GTCPL is looking to hire an Organizational Development Consultant to work on:

1)     Review of an organization’s HR capability with respect to projects, identifying capability, gaps, conducting Training & Capacity Building Needs Assessment and following from it, prepare a Capacity Building/Training Plan.

2)    Design and identification of a Change Management Strategy as well as the Communication Strategy related to the Change Management Initiative.

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Liaise with and be guided by the team lead on various aspects relating to development of a comprehensive change management and communications strategy for projects.
  • Develop and implement strategies and processes to enable the implementation of significant organizational changes.
  • Interact with all project stakeholders to incorporate information provided by them,
  • Facilitate report writing on the basis of primary and secondary data collected.
