- We are seeking a new Support Associate to join our team.
- You will be able to work in night shift. Most likely from 4:00 am to 12pm
- Must have decent English speaking writing and understanding ability
- Able to navigate through different consoles
- Able to understand how remote management of servers work
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must have basic knowledge about navigating Microsoft teams
- Knowledge about SharePoint is an asset
- Must be efficient and eager to learn
- Necessary on job training will be provided and he/she will be working directly with operations head remotely.
