Graphic Designer

IZ Global is looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to join our energetic team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in producing visually compelling and effective designs across multiple platforms. This role involves working on a wide range of projects, including digital and print materials, branding, UI/UX design, and social media content. We seek someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering high-quality work that reflects and enhances our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities
- Create innovative and engaging designs for both digital and print media, such as social media graphics, websites, brochures, banners, and packaging.
- Handle diverse graphic design tasks including UI/UX projects, rebranding efforts, and social media content creation.
- Develop and maintain branding and identity designs to ensure visual consistency across all company materials.
- Interpret creative briefs to produce designs that effectively communicate the intended message to the target audience.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and software to bring fresh ideas and techniques to the team.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, offering creative input to support company objectives.
- Ensure all designs comply with IZ Global’s brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive brand image.

Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a graphic designer.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or equivalent tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent command of the English language for clear communication and assignment execution.
- High attention to detail with a strong commitment to producing quality work.
- Proven creativity and strong presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time to meet deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing previous graphic design work is required for application review.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Candidates should be punctual, self-driven, and able to handle assignments with minimal supervision.
- This is a full-time contract position requiring in-person work at the company’s location.
