Graphic Designer

We have partnered with numerous entrepreneurs to deliver high-quality designs, websites, and digital experiences that produce measurable results. We are currently looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visual content across various platforms including our website, case studies, marketing materials, documents, reports, and eBooks. You will work closely with content creators, marketing professionals, and developers to bring ideas to life while maintaining a consistent and strong brand identity.

Key Responsibilities
- Design visually appealing content for different website sections such as hero banners, landing pages, and case studies.
- Develop infographics, layouts, and storytelling visuals that effectively highlight client success stories.
- Support marketing initiatives by creating graphics for newsletters, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
- Participate actively in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas aligned with brand guidelines.
- Maintain and organize a comprehensive library of design assets, templates, and reference materials for easy access and consistency.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a digital or technology-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; familiarity with Figma or Canva is a plus.
- A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in website visuals, case studies, and digital content design.
- Solid understanding of current design trends, especially in technology and digital media sectors.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver quality work within deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across departments.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Working days are Monday through Friday.
- Available shifts include 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
- This is a full-time, in-person position.
- Salary range is Rs40,000 to Rs80,000 per month.
- Candidates with experience limited to social media post design will not be considered.
- Submission of a Behance portfolio link is mandatory; applications without it will be rejected immediately.
