Graphic Designer

We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team and contribute to a variety of creative projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing a wide range of visual materials, including product illustrations, company logos, and website graphics. Proficiency in Adobe software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom is essential. This role demands a solid understanding of design principles and the ability to create work suitable for both digital and print media. The designer will work closely with marketing and design teams to meet deadlines and ensure consistent and effective visual communication.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design diverse graphics and layouts for product illustrations, logos, websites, and other marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ensure that design elements like size, typography, style, and overall aesthetics are appropriate for both digital platforms and print formats.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new design techniques, and software updates to deliver innovative and effective design solutions.
- Manage graphic design projects from concept through to final delivery, maintaining quality and adhering to deadlines.
- Create creative assets across various formats, including static social media posts, GIFs, brochures, pamphlets, prospectuses, and business cards.
- Serve as a liaison between marketing and design teams to ensure project alignment and timely completion.
- Provide guidance and support to junior designers while collaborating with senior designers to maintain high design standards.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in a design agency or an in-house design environment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop high-quality, innovative visual concepts.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong grasp of design fundamentals such as typography, layout, and color theory.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a strong passion for visual storytelling.

Job Type and Compensation:
This is a full-time, in-person position offering a monthly salary range of Rs50,000 to Rs60,000.
