We are looking for a skilled Marketing Graphic Designer to join our team and help create visually compelling content that supports business growth. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with creative expertise to develop diverse marketing materials that align with our brand identity and business goals. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Design & Visual Guidance:
Act as a visual consultant to marketing and leadership teams by providing expert, strategic input throughout all design projects—from initial campaign concepts to final deliverables. Your insights will ensure designs have maximum impact and remain consistent with business objectives.
Asset Creation & Execution:
Design and produce high-quality marketing collateral, including visuals for websites and landing pages such as banners, icons, and illustrations. Create social media graphics for both organic posts and paid advertising campaigns. Develop digital advertisements, display ads, sales enablement materials like PowerPoint presentations and pitch decks, as well as infographics and data visualizations.
Brand Management:
Serve as the guardian of our brand identity by enforcing strict adherence to brand guidelines. Maintain consistency in visual language and quality across all internal and external assets.
Project Management & Prioritization:
Work closely with managers and cross-functional teams to define project scopes, estimate timelines, and prioritize tasks based on business impact. Ensure timely completion of all projects.
Visual Storytelling:
Utilize design principles such as typography, color theory, and composition to craft engaging narratives that resonate with target audiences and drive desired actions.
Required Qualifications
Strong Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:
Expert knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign is essential.
Strategic Marketing Design:
Proven ability to create effective designs tailored for websites, social media platforms, and digital advertising campaigns.
Presentation Design Excellence:
Experience designing professional, impactful presentations using PowerPoint and/or Google Slides that clearly communicate complex information.
Exceptional Communication & English Mastery:
Excellent verbal and written English skills are necessary for clear communication with local and international teams and stakeholders.
Adaptability & Autonomy:
Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, accepting feedback constructively, and independently driving the design process from concept to completion without extensive supervision.
Time Management & Reliability:
Demonstrated ability to organize workloads, prioritize competing deadlines, and consistently deliver projects on time.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Canva for rapid asset creation, familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems, and proficiency in email design with knowledge of responsive and mobile-optimized layouts. Additional skills in video editing, animation, motion graphics (e.g., Adobe After Effects), audio editing for podcasts or voiceovers, and familiarity with AI design tools such as Midjourney or Adobe Firefly are advantageous.
