We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of modern design, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating user-friendly digital experiences. This role provides the opportunity to work on a variety of projects that strengthen brand presence across both digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality visual content for digital and print media, including social media posts, website banners, and marketing campaigns.
- Create Meta ad creatives for Facebook and Instagram, encompassing both image and video formats, optimized specifically for eCommerce engagement and conversion.
- Utilize design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and AI applications to develop dynamic, trend-driven visuals.
- Develop 3D mockups, product showcase graphics, and promotional assets to support new product launches.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Contribute innovative creative ideas to enhance the visual identity and improve product aesthetics.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, ad formats, and audience engagement strategies to maximize creative effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of a graduate degree, preferably in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Between 1 to 2 years of professional experience in graphic design; experience in eCommerce is a plus. Fresh graduates with relevant skills are encouraged to apply.
- Solid understanding of eCommerce creative strategies, ad copy layout, and conversion-focused visual design.
- Strong knowledge of color theory, typography, layout composition, and visual hierarchy.
- A creative mindset paired with keen attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience designing for online stores, SaaS platforms, or digital marketing agencies is advantageous.
- Basic skills in motion graphics, 3D product rendering, or HTML/CSS are desirable.
- Familiarity with ad performance metrics and A/B testing for creatives will be considered a strong advantage.
